I am Katie Han

Writing code for impactful products.

I am a full stack software engineer located in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am passionate about creating well-designed, user-first systems and products.

My programming journey began in college where I studied Communications with a specialization in Computing at UCLA. I focused on using technology to seek new ways to connect users to products. I went on to work in Digital Marketing where I developed strong communication skills, the ability to find creative solutions to problems, and an aptitude for working collaboratively that translates into my work now.

After a few years in my marketing career, I realized I wanted to pursue a more technical and challenging career. I recently graduated from App Academy, a 16-week software engineering intensive program, where I was able to further develop my programming skills. I love the challenge and process of building an impactful product and look forward to contributing to an ambitious team.
